- To highlight the importance of nature, heritage and culture in accordance with the vision of the Kingdom with the aim of reviving the identity of the environment and showing the importance of our environment and heritage and to highlight the richness of the desert In line with the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (post-oil).
- The design follows the approach of openness, progress and flexibility, as in the case of palm trees that extend towards the sky and welcome us and remind us of how important Our environment, our ambitions and our imaginations inflame a challenge with the desert land.

- The project aims to create an automated three-dimensional printed building, which leads to providing a cleaner worker and reducing the amount of work during the casting process, allowing the designs to be implemented while reducing the degree of complexity.
- The building relies on itself to generate energy, as it absorbs the sun's energy to operate itself.
- The construction consists of 3D-printed concrete elements and cast using high-performance palm tree-like concrete with branching lights.
