Dakhla Oasis village (Self-Sustaining Community): Conceived a large-scale, self-sustaining masterplan highly responsive to the harsh desert climate at Al-Wadi Al-Gadid, Egypt. The project's philosophy centers on creating a truly autonomous and resilient community. This was achieved by prioritizing Passive Design Strategies in all Detached Private Residential Units and optimizing the masterplan's density and layout to minimize energy consumption and create a model for development in arid environments. The program included Residential Units, a Community Core, and a Mosque.
